been dealing through Paul with the createx colours and the service is awesome couldn't be better I've made 2 largish orders now I've painted with pretty much everything available and can honestly say createx has that extra edge,wether your painting on paper or doing a full mural to helmet desighn when properly prept the paint shines through with colours that surpass anything else out there.I'm making an order with the auto air range and I won't be painting with anything but createx or auto air and my customers realy have noticed the difference in the colour tones in their work..the service you get with Paul is second to none he realy does make you feel like a customer that matters and the order arrives the next day there's no runnng around I can't think of a better place and person to deal with and I've been to a few in the past 3 years..10 thumbs up Paul your the man when it comes to airbrush supplies and superior product..lookin forward to the next orders..

Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I would very much like to offer some feedback.

Your website is fantastic, well linked to search engines and overall I found it easy to navigate and shop with you. Clear pictures and the inclusion of features and benefits in the descriptions helped a lot.

I also appreciate the bundles you've put together, a good idea for someone like me who's just starting out. Maybe you could expand on that a little further to also include all the cleaning gear and other things a beginner may need. I'll most likely need to place another order for a set-up to help me maintain my airbrush. If it helps at all, I think you'd benefit from making it as easy as possible for beginners to feel assured they have everything they need to begin. Its frustrating finding out later that there are things you still need to get. With the items I've bought, do you think I have what I need to get started? If it had all been presented as a complete package I would have gone for that. I imagine that beginners tend to have a higher average spend and if you look after them early, you'll tend to retain them long term.

For me, keeping me up-to-date with the progress of my order is confidence builder, if I know what's going on then I feel more confident and valued and I'm more likely to return to the site and recommend it to others. Its kind of like getting an announcement on a train platform that your train is going to be late, it doesn't make it arrive any earlier, but it eliminates a good deal of annoyance.
